Summary: This property is stunning. The 1700s-era farmhouse is charming and updated so comfortably! The kitchen is equipped with any tools/appliances you could need, the bedrooms are cozy and the bathrooms are spotless and updated. There are several spacious living areas, too, inside. But you will want to spend all your time sitting on a lounge chair or at the patio table because the view (360 degrees!) is indescribable. The views of Tuscany are spectacular and something out of a storybook! Communication with owner and property manager was prompt and courteous. They both were so helpful! Owner even responded quickly on the weekend before our arrival to help us rent a car last minute. (Car is necessary; it is mentioned in the listing but I missed it!) Highly recommend— dreaming of returning!

Summary: The farm house was everything we had hoped for in our visit to Tuscany. The house has most everything you need except hair shampoo. The kitchen has All the amenities you could possibly need. The views from the house are breathtaking, especially the sunsets.

Summary: We had a wonderful time at the house. It was far from the beaten path, but close to Montepulciano. Everything was as expected—the rooms, the decor, and the magnificent views from the back yard (bring bug spray). We were able to get a chef to cook a special family dinner.

Summary: Everything about our stay here was exemplary and every person we interacted with - the host, the property manager and his brother, the woman who facilitated our in-home cooking class and meal - was helpful, kind, and generous of spirit. The home is beautiful and well appointed and the grounds are stunning! From the farmhouse, we were able to make day trips by car into Montepulciano, Pienza and Sienna with ease. We wholeheartedly recommend experiencing this amazing home and the incredible history and beauty of Tuscany.

Summary: The property has beautiful views and a peaceful, remote location. It is well equipped for cooking meals and they conveniently provide a starter supply of necessities (kitchen spices, hand soap, laundry soap, toilet paper, etc.). The property owner, as well as the local property manager, were both very responsive to our questions and the check in and out processes are simple. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Summary: My son and I had a wonderful stay at this property in March. The villa was really well equipped, with all amenities, and had a huge amount of land around it. Everything was really well cleaned. The sheets were comfortable and pristine. We appreciated the large white towels and extra blankets. The heaters worked really well as did the chimney. The views were superb and we were surprised with wildlife including the deers. Franco guided us well and was a pleasure. He pointed us to great experiences like going to Unesco World Heritage Site Pienza. The villa itself was a gem!
