Positive: We had a wonderful stay at Poggio Olivo! The location is perfect for exploring some of the most beautiful places in Tuscany, such as Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcino and many more. Raffaele was an amazing host, very attentive and always making sure we were having the best possible stay. Whenever we had a question, he responded within minutes and was always happy to help. The property itself is beautiful, with stunning views over the Tuscan countryside. The bed was very comfortable, with new mattresses, and we slept really well. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool, the kids’ playground and the outdoor BBQ area, with plenty of tables where you can sit, eat and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. It’s a peaceful and beautiful place, perfect for relaxing as well as discovering this wonderful part of Tuscany. We had a great time and would definitely recommend Poggio Olivo. Thank you, Raffaele, for your wonderful hospitality and for making our stay so enjoyable!

Positive: I don’t know where to start. The location is really good. The views are amazing, the nature around, the pool, the evenings there was just amazing. There is everything you could think of there. This location was in the middle of our Italy road trip, so we just relaxed, did not leave the property at all. It was so refreshing, calm, relaxing experience. I don’t even want to start about the host. We loved him! Recommend 100%. 10/10, if I could, it would be 15/10! Hope to get back one day.

Positive: The house is situated in a very beautiful area, on top of a hil, surrounded by vineyards, olive trees and the panoramic view is very nice. The host, Raffaele, is a great guy, always there to help and offer advice, provide lists of restaurants, places to visit etc. The pool is a big plus, our son liked this the most :). There is also a small playground for families with children in the garden.
Negative: Nothing really. Maybe just the opening hours of the pool would be good to be extended a bit, perhaps 8am to 9pm instead of 9am to 8pm, during summer :).

Positive: We spent 10 nights at Poggio Olivo and we are so glad we chose to stay that long—the place is absolutely magnificent. Everything was perfect, from the owner Raffaele's hospitality and the spectacular views to the large pool and air conditioning in every room. Montepulciano is just a 15-minute drive away, offering great restaurants and shops. Thank you, Raffaele, for taking such wonderful care of us throughout our entire stay—it truly wouldn’t have been the same without you!

Positive: We spent a week here. A wonderful panorama of the typical Tuscan landscape from any point of the accommodation. The apartment had two terraces connected to it, so either in the morning or in the afternoon one was always in the shade. The air conditioning worked well even in almost 40 degrees. There are mosquito nets on the windows, fortunately we didn't even encounter mosquitoes outside. The bed is large and comfortable, with a new, memory foam mattress topper. The pool next to the house was always perfectly clean, without the smell of chlorine in the water. The location of the accommodation is ideal. It is quiet, you can't hear the noise of the outside world, smaller towns are 10-20 minutes away by car. Raffaele, the host, did everything for our comfort. He shared useful information on the phone about the possibilities in the area, whether it's shopping, sights, or restaurants. There was not a day that he did not surprise us with some small attention. He is very friendly and direct. A true Italian host. There is no question that we will come back to him next time.

Positive: The beautiful garden and the breathtaking Tuscan views were exactly what we had dreamed of. Enjoying our morning coffee while admiring the scenery, and having the bakery truck arrive in the morning, made our stay feel even more special and authentic. What impressed us the most was Rafael’s genuine hospitality. He always checked in to see if we needed anything and made sure we were completely comfortable throughout our stay. His kindness and attention to detail truly touched us. We had a wonderfully relaxing time here and honestly couldn’t find a single thing to complain about. If we ever return to Tuscany, we would love to stay here again. Thank you, Raffaele, for making our trip so memorable.

Positive: We had a wonderful stay at this holiday home. The location was excellent, and the property was beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. The host was extremely polite, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. He regularly checked in to see if we needed anything and was always available to assist with any requests.
