Experience a large traditional family house and relax with your family or friends in this villa of 3800 sqft (350 m2). The villa is situated at a strategic place 5mn walking from the Mediterranean sea and uphill enough to provide the best views on the beach and on the surroundings pine forest.
The villa is built inside a 1/4 acre garden (1100 m2) around a large private pool (540 sqft). It is situated in Sant Pol de Mar, a quiet village 30 minutes driving from the city center of Barcelona. The villa is in a very quiet residential area between mountain and sea. The whole villa is fully air conditioned.
It is made of 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a 25 m2 kitchen and a 50 m2 lounge with a dining room for 10 or more guests and an open chimney.
Ideal for 2 families or 3-generation gatherings as 2 bedrooms are presidential suites with their private lounge, private bathroom and access to their own terraces.
Parking for 2 to 3 cars including 2 in the garage.
The house has been under full renovation in 2020, closed during 2021 and 2022 and is now reopening for the 2023 season.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The house was well stocked with all the essentials we needed. Jacques was a fantastic communicator through out our two week stay. The location of the home is a great central location between Sant Pol Del Mar and Calella. Should I ever return to Barcelona I would absolutely seek this property out again.

Summary: A superb week, the villa spacious and airy, the garden lovely, the pool large. And the view exceptional. Last year's menace of barking guard dogs all the way up from the beach was somewhat reduced, too! A slight hiccup with too much chlorine in the pool but Jacques was on the case immediately. We loved it and hope to go back . . . .

Summary: There are details in the interior and in the garden/pool that would benefit from a little attention and care. For example a new coffe machine, more and not broken parasols. We missed pool maintenance.

Summary: Sant pol is a lovely small town with everything you could need. It is a nice easy walk to callela The train is an easy way to explore the entire area.

Summary: Great place. We were fortunate to enjoy nice weather so one of the days we stayed back and enjoyed a day by the pool. Pool was clean and a good size. Great view of the sea with lots of privacy. Mostly comfortable beds. Lots of kitchen items. Convenient to have both laundry machines. And the host is very helpful and easy to get a hold of if needed. Would stay again!

Summary: Great, clean and well appointed property. Excellent ongoing communication with owner. Views were amazing. San Pol is walkable but quiet so you’ll need transport to get into Calella for additional restaurants and bars. That said it’s only a 30 minute walk

Summary: We came for a family get-together, eight people over three generations. Everyone's needs admirably catered for. Very spacious, very comfortable and with a superb view. Well stocked kitchen, copious towels, the pool terrific. The garden is beautiful. Negatives? Well, the view comes at a price, of a steep 15 minutes up from the beach at the end of the afternoon but we'd foreseen that and it's only once a day. More disturbing are the guard dogs who press on the fences and gates on the hill up, barking and slavering. Not great for adults. The stuff of nightmares for the 7-year-old. But, knowing this, we'd still love to go back. It was an idyllic week!
