I welcome you in my charming family villa of 130 square meters with BALCONY and GARDEN located at 12 min walk from the Lake Saint Brice. The house has 3 bedrooms, a large living room, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. It is ideally located between Andernos-les-bains and Arès.

The terrace and large garden will be much appreciated in summer, with outdoor furniture (table and chairs, deckchairs) for eating outside or barbecuing, while enjoying the fresh air and sunshine. A beautiful, secure swimming pool will delight the whole family.
You'll have the choice between the beach at the Saint-Brice lake, just a 10-minute walk away, or the Arcachon basin for swimming. The Prés Salés d'Arès is a 10-minute drive away for family outings, and for film buffs, the Ciné-Club Du Bassin is a 10-minute walk away. The Club Nautique d'Ares is a 4-minute drive away for water sports enthusiasts such as surfing and sailing.
The neighborhood is quiet, and you'll find plenty of shops nearby, including a LIDL and a Leclerc just a 6-minute drive away.
