Summary: We had a wonderful week, the accommodation was incredibly well-equipped, immaculate, super-clean and in a lovely neighbourhood. The room layout worked perfectly for our 3, then 4 couples plus 2 babies and the outdoor seating/eating/relaxing areas were fabulous, as was the lovely warm pool with warm outdoor shower! Our hosts were friendly, helpful and discreet - just what we needed. We would recommend and return without hesitation!

Summary: The property was beautifully presented and extremely well equipped both inside and outside to a very high standard. Our family of adults and teens all had a wonderful holiday. It was exceptionally hot during our stay so we particularly enjoyed the pool and delightful shaded outside dining areas. Patrick and Sandrine were wonderful hosts.

Summary: This house is just perfect for a family holiday. Just as nice as the pictures shows and a very high standard. Our hosts were very friendly and checked that everything was to our satisfaction. Keeping the pool clean and helping us with information abort what beaches and restaurants to go to. Summary: We have just enjoyed a fabulous week at Cabanne 13. The property is beautifully decorated in a contemporary style, with so many tasteful design features - the large, open plan living area is amazing. It was very comfortable and extremely well equipped, even down to the owner’s selection of some fine local wines which you can buy to enjoy at cost price during your stay. The outside space was perfect. We could enjoy a dip in the heated pool (to 28 degrees), relax in the hot tub, chill out in the sauna, and then cook on the BBQ or outdoor kitchen area and eat on the terrace. We are a family of 4 with children aged 13 and 11 so they each enjoyed having their own double bedrooms with a shared bathroom, while we had our own room with a lovely en-suite and dressing room. However, the property could easily accommodate 8 with a separate double bedroom in an adjoining annexe to the main building, alongside the pool area. The owners, Patrick and his wife, were very welcoming and gave us a detailed tour of the property on arrival. They had left lots of tourist information to help us explore the area and even bought in a few essentials like milk and bread as we weren’t due to arrive until late in the evening. The property is situated in a quiet, residential street in a suburban area. There didn’t seem to be much within walking distance (shops, restaurants etc) but we had hired a car and it was a perfect base from which to explore the area of Arcachon Bay which is just stunning. We would definitely go back to Cabanne 13 in a heartbeat!

Summary: First class facilities exactly as described in this listing. Excellent communication and personal service from the owners. Location is good for visiting Bordeaux (45min) and a beach holiday. Surrounding inlets on Bassin d' Arcachon have lots of nice locations, plus the bonus of Atlantic surfing beaches within 10 km. Good local shopping nearby , plus boutiques, bars and restaurants in Andernos Les Bains (4km).

Summary: We stayed in the house in the beginning of August with our 3 children ages 1.5 to 6 years. We had a fantastic time and are looking forward to coming back to the house again. The house was very welcoming, very very clean (as opposed to many other houses we rented for vacations). Sheets and towels were clean and soft and the house in general was very welcoming. We are almost all the time in the house an the dishes and cooking gear was perfect and we enjoyed the house, the beautiful pool and grill. We felt welcomed and the owners were kind and available to help us with everything we needed (including scheduling an appointment for our 4 year old daughter who was sick). We highly recommend this house for a vacation with or without kids. The little town is very nice and in great location. It seems like the owners thought about the needs of people who come to stay there and it shows.
