Positive: The pool and all of the backyard is very private! We enjoyed the fact that they provide many more amenities than you'd think. Enjoyed every moment and the ease of the stay there. The staff is very helpful and the home is only 15 minutes to the beach. But for it being a home in the suburbs, you'll enjoy how comfortable and quiet it really is there.

Positive: It was very clean we had everything we needed. Pool was great! Was nice to be able to jump in whenever we wanted day or night comfortable plenty of room in the house loved the kitchen

Positive: The master bed is very comfortable! The showers are great. Host was pleasantly responsive to requests for smoke alarm batteries, new TV remote, small repairs, and carpet cleaning. Spices, Ziplocs, coffee, etc. provided were useful and appreciated. The empty cupboard/pantry space was very helpful. Plenty of dishes, glasses, and silverware so you can use the dishwasher and run it just once a day. Lovely large fridge/freezer combo and an extra one in the garage. A bunny, as well as some lovely birds, frequently visit the backyard. Quiet neighborhood!
Negative: The living room couch and dining room chairs are not all that comfortable for long-term use. The kitchen could have been better supplied with a glass casserole dish, larger family-size frying pan, another cookie sheet, a few more food storage containers, extra hand towels for bathrooms, extra dishcloths and dish towels, etc. We bought and will leave a 9x13 glass casserole dish. Could use some throw blankets. The dining room table space is lovely but not particularly smooth/flat for schoolwork and board game playing.
Summary: This place has been sufficient and met our housing needs for these two months and is well-located.
