Positive: Very polite and helpful staff - there was no problem with access to the room at night, outside the reception's opening hours. Very clean rooms, bathrooms, all rooms and the surroundings of the facility. Soft and clean bedding, soft but comfortable mattresses. Basic but functional equipment in the room: wardrobe, table, stool, armchair, table with lamp by the bed, mirror All guests have access to: - a restaurant with DELICIOUS home-cooked FOOD on level -1, - a terrace in front of the restaurant with a view of the Krempna Valley (comfortable chairs), - a spacious fully equipped kitchen - a big plus for the selection of teas and coffees available!!! :-) - a large dining room with a view of the valley, - WiFi (sometimes it disappears). A wonderful homely atmosphere is created by the very nice Staff, as well as local cats that lie nearby and sometimes allow themselves to be petted - sometimes there are also tiny, cheerful kittens!
Negative: Smoking should not be allowed in the restaurant garden (it currently is, or at least the staff does not ask such people to leave). One smoking person spoils the meal of a dozen or so non-smokers, not to mention the fact that some people travel hundreds of kilometers to such places to... breathe clean air - free from harmful smoke, exhaust fumes and stench... :-( Appeal to the Owners: Please designate a place for smoking cigarettes a few dozen meters away from the tables, so that you can enjoy your meal and the smell of plants, and not inhale unhealthy smoke!

Negative: The stay was nice, but the room doors don't isolate noises from the corridor. Overall, great value.
