This modern, open-plan Beach House can sleep up to 5 guests. Situated just above pristine Primrose Beach, with stunning 180 degree panoramic views of the beach and Frederick Henry Bay. It is a perfect place to relax.
Designed and immaculately presented for the most discerning traveller, this newly built home is fitted with all the best amenities. It also has a sheltered alfresco dining and BBQ area. Spacious living area with floor to ceiling windows to enjoy the spectacular view. This home presents a perfect aspect to catch the spectacular Aurora Australis when it is on show. TV and media player, with over 1000 movies to choose from. Plus, plenty of kids' movies, board games and jigsaw puzzles to keep the little one's amused. Wireless internet. A modern and fully equipped kitchen. Luxurious bathrooms with a walk-in shower and separate toilet in the main house. Fully equipped laundry, with washing machine, dryer and clothesline. The house is fully heated & cooled with reverse-cycle air conditioning and panel heaters in the bedrooms.

A porta-cot and high chair are available upon request.
Expect to get regular evening visits from the local wildlife such as kangaroos, wallabies, rabbits and bandicoots, right in the yard! You'll even get the occasional kookaburra sitting on the front deck railing or fence.

Summary: Primrose Sands is a fantastic location to tour the south. Our accommodation was very neat, clean and a breath of fresh air. Those many movies were a delight after a long day at Port Arthur, Eaglenest Hawk. Now that we got a 2 year pass back to Port Arthur would definitely come back to stay at Primrose sand
