Summary: Can't beat the convenience: downtown/restaurant area is just outside the door. But the rooms are a bit odd, with the bathroom essentially separating a tiny sitting area from a tiny bedroom.

Summary: Customer service was very good. Room needed maintenance. TV remote didn’t work and heating unit shield fell off.

Summary: Clean but a little dated. Parking issues with v small lot under building- remainder in lot across the street. Well located in walking distance to lots of dining. No breakfast available in hotel, no coffee in lobby.

Summary: Great location and friendly staff. The TV in the rooms are smaller than most desk monitors. Because this is in the heart of the downtown area, onsite parking is limited. Check-in early to secure one of the onsite spots. Overflow cars are given a spot in the parking deck across the street which is easily accessible.

Summary: Stayed here in July 2025. Perfect location in downtown Blacksburg. Bars, restaurants, shopping all in walking distance. Room was clean and spacious.
