This is the perfect destination for outdoor enthusiasts and nature lovers. Located just 4 miles outside of the non-commercialized mountain village of Bethel, Maine and just 15 minutes to Sunday River ski area it is the perfect destination in summer or winter. Plenty of land and wooded areas are awaiting your exploration at this ideal retreat for couples and families. You also have the opportunity to take advantage of the Androscoggin River which is ideal for kayaking, canoeing, and fishing. If you need to rent a kayak or canoe, or hire a fishing guide, you can do so in the town of Bethel.
The home features 3 bedrooms and a recently updated finished basement with bar, ping pong, air hockey, darts, and movie area. Sleeps 10 comfortably with all linens provided! Large deck and wrap around porch/with screened in area make it easy to enjoy a quiet morning cup of coffee or entertain guests in the afternoons or evenings. Cook out on the gas grill and enjoy the evening with your fellow travelers around the fire pit with wooden benches and Adirondack chairs. Followed by a relaxing soak in your hot tub, friendly game of air hockey, ping pong or darts, or a family video in the movie area in the finished basement. Whatever activity strikes your fancy, this home is sure to entertain you and your guests.

Summary: The home and property were beautiful, cozy, clean and quiet. Well stocked with everything needed and extras like games. Babbling brook behind the house offers peaceful ambiance. Wasn’t prepared for the sounds of the neighbor’s cow but it added to the experience:)

Summary: Our trip to Bethel was wonderful. The place was clean and well taken care of. We loved the hot tub especially at night when we could see the stars. It was just far enough away from Bethel but not too far. We really enjoyed our stay and can recommend this lovely home.

Summary: Thank you Renee for hosting us in your lovely home this weekend! The house is spacious, cozy, clean, secluded, quiet—everything that we were looking for for our ski weekend. We absolutely loved using the hot tub after long days on the slopes, and curling up by the gas stove in the evening. The property is only 20 minutes from Sunday River, and only about five minutes from the town of Bethel. Renee was quick to respond to any of our questions, and left detailed notes for us, so that we had all information that we needed on hand upfront. We hope to have the opportunity to stay again! We would absolutely recommend staying at this property to anyone potentially interested.

Summary: The property was private and secluded, but still close to Sunday River and all other Bethel attractions. It was clean and cozy, and the hot tub helped relax after a day on the slopes.
