Summary: Room was great; clean, quiet, convenient safe area, comfortable bed, hot water. Staff were pleasant and competent, I understand these are suites with a kitchen, however, the listing photo of the breakfast area showed a hot breakfast section. I found that not to be the case. It was only a continental breakfast offering sugar and carbs. The Community Coffee was strong as you'd expect, but good and always fresh, which was much appreciated. When I asked about the hot breakfast I was told by staff that the Manager discontinued that since the hotel was all suites, and the implication was that guests were expected to prepare their own by utilizing the kitchen in their room. Hubby and I were there two nights for a funeral, and I was counting on easy and fast hot breakfast already prepared. Luckily Waffle House was about 2 minutes away by car and they are very fast.

Summary: The room was clean, it was safe; we were there during Mardi Gras, the staff were very friendly and the hotel always smelled so so good. I would stay here again anytime.

Summary: Toilet ran and ran, didn't flush well. Shower spray was weak. No conditioner in bathroom. Housekeeping was not daily, had to ask for towels and washcloths. Breakfast was carbs, carbs or sweets. No protein, except for milk (which I don't care for.) Place was clean, desk staff were courteous.
