Negative: Cleanliness could have been better. Spent the first hour upon arrival killing mosquitos and insects that were present in the bedroom - got bitten multiple times is how I discovered them! Range diode needs replacing as multiple bars are out, making it difficult to use (set/read temp, time). Cooling located in common living areas so not really available in bedrooms. Number of stairs (as shown in picture) to access front door. Not property's fault but beware that many GPS cannot locate the property accurately.

Positive: The house was absolutely lovely – clean, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed for a perfect stay. The owner was very friendly and responsive, which made everything easy and pleasant. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, it felt truly peaceful, and kids could safely play outside. Although a little farther from the main attractions, it is centrally located between Parc Canada Forillon and Parc national de la Gaspésie (SEPAQ), with Mont St-Pierre and Cap-des-Rosiers along the way. The drive is panoramic and makes the journey part of the experience. After speaking with the owner, an EV charger will be added soon – a great bonus for future guests. Our only regret was staying for just two nights – we wish we had booked longer!

Positive: Lovely cottage in very picturesque location. Spotless clean with all facilities. Very responding host. Can only recommend it.

Negative: There was plenty of coffee available but for a capsule you were required to pay 1$. In a way a bit awkward.
