Positive: Gérard is a very attentive host. He gave us a ton of useful information before our arrival to get there safely and efficiently, he took the time to explain to us the best way to park our car. His apartment is very well-equipped and confortable, with the best view of Nice. It is perched on an hill, facing the bay, but surprisingly you are just 40 minutes away from the beach by foot. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and relaxing.
Negative: Bakeries and stores are at the bottom of the hill. It means you need to get a serious flight of stairs to get there, or a bus. It doesn't take long, but it is steep.
Summary: A beautiful apartment in a peaceful neighborhood of Nice with the most beautiful view of the bay!

Positive: It have great commodities and an amazing view to the city. The apartment was big, clean and with a great aesthetic. The landlord is really helpful and give you advice on what to do in the city.
Negative: At night is a little difficult to get there since the bus pass only until 9pm. However is close to the city and well connected.

Positive: Very clean, nice view and the kitchen was good equipped. The air conditioning was available on both floors The instructions of the owner were very helpful and he thought of everything.
Negative: The bed in the upper floor was to short for 2 people.

Positive: The owner was really nice. There was everything we needed. The view was perfect.
Negative: The bus 64 doesnt go as often to the top where the House is. But you can take the stairs. It was a hike.

Positive: This was a great spot to come home to after a long day of beach hopping and visiting all of the medieval villages in the vicinity. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals and enjoy the late sunset from the dining area or balcony. Just lovely. Gerard was a great host- ready to answer questions and equipped with maps and bus routes. The upstairs bedroom was charming! The pull-out sofa bed was comfortable.
Negative: There was nothing that we didn’t like. Guests just need to be aware that there is no parking available and that the street down to the house is INCREDIBLY narrow. If you have a car rental, parking might be difficult. Also, the small porch is not automatically included in the rental- but rather at the owner’s discretion.

Negative: Take in consideration that if you don’t rent a car you have 2 option to reach the house after 8.30 pm: take a bolt or take the stairs (about 350 stairs).

Positive: .The view spectacular... Very quiet neighborhood... Nice ❤️🤗😍😘😘 one of the most beautiful city that I have seen... Luv everything about this city even though the trafic is pretty crazy, watch for the motorcycle 🏍️
Negative: Parking pretty dangerous, if you love your car I do not recommend this location and the inner steps to the bedroom very uncomfortable, suitable for real skinny people...
