Positive: Wonderful house in a not so wonderful place. Great and very helpful service. Beautifully arranged lobby and yard.
Negative: Facilities need upgrade. Wifi varies from good to nonexistent, depending on the part of the house. Main problem - there is no hot water. In fact, containers are placed on the roof, and there is warm water only if there is enough sunshine to warm it.
