Positive: The washing machine, gas stove, large fridge and good wifi in the house all made for a comfortable stay for my two friends as I gifted them a week here. Comments by Janice below. I live around the corner. The owner of the house, Jane, is very friendly and responsive to all questions and any concerns.
Negative: If any guests have mobility issues it is a challenge to go up and down the narrow stairs. This is not a dislike comment but information regarding the village. It is not a touristic village and has a small grocery store, a take away gourmet pizza place, one restaurant, and one bar/ bistro that often has live music and has delicious food. Their opening hours can be a challenge for all of these places depending on the time of year. If you have a car you have easy access to other shops, restaurants etc. in larger villages. Beziers is only 18 kilometers away and there is a local bus that goes into Beziers 6 times a day ( but does not run on Sundays and public holidays ) Enjoy an authentic experience here in a " village circulade " (dating from the medieval era ) which is surrounded by vineyards and excellent walking and biking paths and roads.

Positive: Cute decoration. It is really atipical! a triplex with quirky and modern decor. Good ratio value for money and the owner, Jane, is commited to help you have a nice time. Perfect!
Negative: We like it!. One word of advise: stars are very steep, so the place is not for people with mobility issues. I am 65 and I enjoy it, but I would not take an old person because of this staiss issue. Old building, charming but this is it!.

Positive: The host, Jane, met us at the house and was very welcoming and helpful. Good literature about the area in the house. The facilities, especially for cooking at home, were very good, full size cooker and oven, large fridge, etc. The house was wonderfully designed, comfortable and delightfully decorated. Everything we needed was provided and very clean. There were ‘essential foods’ in the cupboards for guests arriving late or when the local shops were not open. Jane checked that we had everything we needed and checked all was well whilst we were there, we actually stayed for 8 nights - not one night!
Negative: Nothing, everything was good.
Summary: Fascinating and charming house on three levels in small historical village - definitely ‘atypical’!
