Positive: A really chic comfortable hotel perfectly located in the heart of Aix en Provence. The host was so helpful, providing us with walking maps to get the most out of our visit, we were attending the Cezanne exhibition. They went above and beyond, buying special gluten free bread from a local artisan bakery for my husband’s breakfast, which was also delicious.
Negative: Everything was perfect.
Summary: A beautiful chic hotel, excellent location, breakfast and lovely rooms.

Positive: Absolutely BEAUTIFUL aesthetic art and decor. Price was very reasonable and on point for its offerings. Close walk to town center yet just far out to allow for quiet evenings. Staff was eager to resolve any issue. For us we needed to modify the bed sheets a bit since we sleep hot. We couldn’t get the balcony doors open and incurred a language barrier concerning this. Please note the handle lifts up first then down. Would have had a thoroughly enjoyable experience had we figured that out sooner. We used Aix as a base for daily trips to small towns and it was perfect. We were able to be back for evening dinners in town.
Negative: Breakfast didn’t sound easy so we went to a local pastry shop daily and bought yogurt’s and juices and wines from the grocery store that’s near the parking garage. We were not fans of the mattress ,bedding, nor the pillows but we are very fussy in the bedding department. This is a beautiful Maison with much thought and love given to it. Would stay here again… Ty for sharing your lovely home.

Positive: Silvio and Emma were wonderful hosts and warm people. I loved chatting with them each day about what to do, where to eat, and life in general. The rest of the team was so friendly and welcoming. Breakfasts were wonderful, location was great, but the best thing was that I felt as if I was home!
Negative: Nothing, except that I had to leave!
Summary: Staying here enhanced my time in Aix and made it a truly unique experience.

Positive: The room was a good size and had all the facilities. The service throughout our stay was truly exceptional Breakfast was tailored to our requirements daily and was very fresh and tasty.
