Summary: Staff members (young men) hanging around the lobby near the info desk and they are useless and not helpful @ all. They could help open the doors and helpful to bringing in the luggages.

Summary: The carpet was stained and paint was chipping off the door. Also the key card device in the room to keep the lights on fell off the wall.
