Summary: We had a marvellous week in Payzac. The house provided everything we needed and more, with stunning views and beautiful landscapes from various spots around the property, including the pool, which we mostly enjoyed after 3 PM. Apart from a few pleasant chats, the owners were largely unobtrusive. The small village has a convenient shop for essentials like baguettes, as well as a charming local restaurant. Some of us spent most of the time relaxing and soaking in the scenery, while others enjoyed cycling through the often tranquil hills. It was truly a wonderful week.

Summary: Truly one of the most wonderful holidays we have had - the property could not be more beautiful, and we felt so cared for by our hosts. Every little detail is thought of in the house, and Blandine was exceptionally communicative and friendly. We cannot wait to return!

Summary: House was amazing, views were unbelievable and had everything a family could ask for. Plenty to do in surrounding area but highlight was the pool and hot tub.

Summary: We had a lovely time at the property. The views are spectacular and the accommodation was very comfortable. My children particularly enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub!

Summary: This is a gorgeous, newly renovated guest house on the grounds of a chateau. Everything, from the grounds to the bedding is immaculate. The charming manager, Blandine, was gracious and helpful in every respect. We particularly relished the spectacular view and the excellent heated pool. We took the train to Avignon and drove to Les Chanels through a spectacular landscape (though one should have an experienced driver at the wheel for some of the roads). The three-story residence was attractively furnished and comfortable, but not suitable for small children and people with mobility issues because of the narrow spiral staircase, and many flights of steep steps outdoors. There were thoughtful provisions for dining and sunning outdoors in various locations, and sumptuous flowers, lavender, and olive groves on every side.

Summary: The house really exceeded our expectations in the best way. Everything is even more beautiful than it looks in the pictures โ€” the โ€šbackyardโ€˜-view into the valley and towards the mountains beyond is sublime. All the facilities are extremely well equipped and the property manager Adrien is always easy to reach and more than helpful. We had a wonderful stay!

Summary: We (2 adults, 3 kids) absolutely enjoyed the stay at this home, which is a separate house on the ground of the Paysac castle. The garden is unbelievable and you will have a perfect rest to relax. Very nice walks in the area, the house is huge with a lot of space across the 3 levels. From each level you have a possibility to get onto a separate garden part which allows you to find you perfect spot. The rooms are really large including very good beds. The pool with the view is unbelievable. Fully equipped house, you will not miss anything. Everything is of high standard. No noise at all, only the birds in the sky. Nature pure!!!! As this is the only house on the ground being offered to travelers you will have the VERY large property more or less for your own. We are happy that we picked this house and had the chance to stay there. Thank you to the hosts!

Summary: We spent 3 nights here but we wished we could have stayed longer. The house/chateau feels like its in the middle of nowhere and has the most amazing view of the valley. We went into Les Vins village daily (which is a gorgeous little village 10 mins drive away) to get supplies and have a coffee etc. I would totally recommend this place. The photos do not do it justice. We will definitely be back!
