Positive: The view from the terrace (very nice chill place) great breakfast with fresh fruit from the garden, dinner was very good as well, well-organised tour to Bromo and pick up from Malang train station and drop off to Surabaya airport, all was perfect.

Positive: We arrived quite late in the evening but Rani and Oussama made us feel really welcome from the start. The room has a comfortable bed, is lovingly furnished and is very clean. The views from the house are lovely. We booked the shorter tour to Gunung Bromo through Maison Manendra and that was very well organised and a nice surprise because the chosen route avoids most of the crowds (especially for the sunrise). The food shared around the big table on the rooftop terrace was always fresh and delicious and we had some very nice conversations with the other guests and also Rani and Oussama.
Summary: What a lovely getaway up in the mountains!

Positive: We received a warm, family-like welcome and the hosts had plenty of excellent recommendations. They also offer a unique way to explore the Mount Bromo region that we loved. Thank you so much Rani. The food was delicious and great value. The facilities are brand new, stunning, and set in an unreal natural environment with a cozy, zen vibe. It’s surrounded by fields and mountains. We highly recommend staying more than just for Bromo — 2–3 nights or more if you enjoy peaceful nature, waterfalls and a bit of adventure.
Negative: Not much… The location is a bit secluded, making accessibility a bit more difficult, but we didn’t feel the need to leave during our 4-night stay. They also offer great transportation services to compensate.

Positive: Very comfortable family run hotel. Love the rooftop where you could overlook the scenery while you eat. We spent hours on the terrace. Rani was so helpful in answering all our questions and helping us arrange the tours and transport from the airport. Food was really good. Rani and her family were friendly and accommodating. Highly reccommend! Great for weekend getaway. Very family friendly

Positive: The owners of the house are very friendly. The rooms are new and the view from the terrace is stunning. It's easy to reach Mt Bromo from here - by jeep, which they can book for you.
Negative: Don't forget to check the weather forecast before you go. It does stay a place in the mountains, and they can't help the rain.
