Positive: Claudia was the perfect Hostess! She communicated with us prior to our arrival and was at the gate waiting for us with the keys to the apartment when we arrived in Lucca. She took extra time with us to give recommendations of when to walk on the wall to avoid the crowds and suggested places for dining. The location of the apartment with parking is so convenient inside the walled city. We walked everywhere! We love Lucca!
Negative: We wished we could have stay a few more days in Lucca- it's such a special place. Truly unique. Next visit we'll allow more time in this magical place.

Positive: The property is stunning, very clean and in an excellent location! Parking access was just outside the apartment door, and it was easy and very secure. The host, Claudia, is exceptional and went above and beyond to provide many extras in the apartment. She was very kind and also provided some information on the best restaurants, gelato etc… We will come back to stay here again!

Positive: The host was so helpful in providing information about where to eat and visit in Lucca. She went out of her way to make us feel at home! The location couldn't have been better, and the home was modern and extremely comfortable. Having parking available was a real bonus!

Positive: Very clean and beautiful. Claudia was superb! Very nice touch with bottle of wine and some snacks and coffee.
Negative: The only negative is the bus drop off right behind the property. Was loud at times but did stop at night.
