Positive: Most beautiful place, spotlessly clean, very comfortable!

Negative: Nothing—would recommend making the shower with higher water pressure but that might just be an issue with a historic building, otherwise everything is fantastic, we love the apartment, the location and the ease of parking.

Positive: It was very easy to access the apartment, and I found it very convenient to use an app to open both the building and apartment doors. The apartment itself is exceptionally clean and comfortable, with a nice renovation and well-equipped kitchen and facilities. There are two separate bedrooms, each with its own shower and toilet, which is very practical. I especially appreciated that each blanket was properly tucked into a duvet cover — unlike the usual Italian practice of using just a sheet and a somewhat questionable blanket. We parked our car nearby in an underground garage; otherwise, it can be difficult to find a free spot on the street. I’d also say it feels safer to use a guarded parking. It was a bit noisy in the evening due to traffic outside, but after 11 p.m. it became quiet and peaceful until morning. It takes 30-40 minutes by a public transport to reach the city center.

Positive: Absolute perfect location and we found street parking right in front of the building Everything we need like a convenient store and restaurants were in walking distance

Negative: Only thing we struggle with was getting into the building We rang another tenants bell at the end and they opened the door but once we were in getting into the apartment was easy

Positive: The house is bright, impeccably clean, and exceptionally spacious. The neighborhood is active but the house is very quiet. Public transport stops are just a short stroll away, making it easy to reach every corner of the city. Excellent restaurants just around the corner. There is a 24/7 supermarket literally a minute away, ultra convenient!
