Positive: Paola is wonderful. We arrived late and she still met us the moment we arrived. Gave excellent instructions and guidance. The apartment is elegant and super clean. Had everything we needed. The location is spectacular. We also rented a 40hp boat from NAUTICA COSTANTINI and he was fabulous. Best vacation ever!
Summary: Bellisimo! LOVED being across from the Ferry and shops and the private patio overlooking town.

Positive: Beautiful apartment on the top floor overlooking the port. Fantastic views from the terrace. Very comfortable beds and large sofa bed, big enough for 2 adults. Parking was very easy and walking distance to shops, nice restaurants and the ferry. Great air conditioning! Paola was very helpful and communication was very easy.
Negative: We found a few workarounds with the shower, so not really an issue.
Summary: Very comfortable apartment with beautiful views!

Positive: The apartment was lovely, the real selling point of the place is the rooftop terrace - the view is spectacular
Negative: If you are looking for relaxation you won't find it in Laveno. The town is very noisy and at night, every night during our stay teenagers on scrambler motorbikes raced around the town, it sounded like we were living on a racetrack. We didn't sleep well all week, which is such a shame. More could be done to the apartment - reinforcing the windows to make it quieter. There isn't a shower - only a seat in the bath with a shower hose. We were aware of this when we made the booking, but for the price per night, it would be easy to install a shower, it didn't make us feel like we were getting value for money unfortunately.
Summary: Beautiful view, nice apartment, but needs some work (windows and shower)

Positive: A wonderful place where you can choose what you want. You can relax by sailing on the lake, walking around the islands or hiking in the mountains. You can ride a bike or read a book on the terrace with a charming view of the lake. Excellent communication, marina or railway station, you can go on a trip by car or forget about it and leave it in a closed parking lot in front of the house. Around there is a restaurant or your own well-equipped kitchen and nearby supermarkets
Negative: I can't say that I don't like it at all. The apartment is located on the top floor of the building. The elevator stops one floor below. Be prepared to climb the last steps on foot to maintain good fitness
