Summary: No AC was the biggest thing with temps over 22. Was very disappointed in how much Tramoe has fallen off

Summary: The room was lovely and bed very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and all the staff were so helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again. The only downside was the room we were in was right next to the kitchen ventilation shaft so was a bit noisy in the evening and early morning but seemed to be off overnight. Great stay thanks to all the staff.

Summary: Check in and staff very good . Room was clean and great blackout curtains. Nice bathroom products. The breakfast was excellent. The bar in the evening was very efficient and had a good atmosphere.
