Positive: Beautiful villa, best weโ€™ve stayed in. Staff were amazing and constantly on hand to help with anything. Itโ€™s a little bit tucked away which is great because Gili T is tiny so you can get anywhere very quickly on a bike or a 20 minute walk. Had dinner there once and it was delicious.
Negative: We couldnโ€™t think of one constructive criticism to be fair, our stay was perfect

Positive: The Villas were exceptionally beautiful, a real Bali feel. Even though yhe Villas are close together it still feels very private. Daily breakfast was always lovely, nice fresh juices. Floating breakfast was extra special, a must do. Coconut cocktails were awesome. Location was great to be in the centre of the island, away from the noise and central to both sides of the island. Customer service was 10/10, very wonderful, lovely accomodating staff. Being able to order / talk to staff through Whatsapp was so easeful.
Negative: The only part for me that I did not enjoy was the extremely firm bed, as a side sleeper, It was very uncomfortable, perhaps some good mattress toppers are needed.
Summary: Paradise, little slice of heaven.

Positive: As per the other reviews it's a wonderful place to stay. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Room and pool area were wonderful and great breakfast
Negative: Unfortunately we had a storm while out one evening and had to wade through ankle deep muddy water to along the dirt road, to get home. Not the hotels fault but not pleasant

Positive: Aside from the villa itself, which was absolutely beautiful - the staff were incredible, they really couldnโ€™t do enough for you. Breakfast was included and it was of such high quality and included both a soft and a hot drink. The quality of the food was also amazing - we could have eaten here every night if we wanted to. Honestly, canโ€™t praise this place enough and would return tomorrow if it wasnโ€™t a 13 hour flightโ€ฆ.
