Positive: The location is marvelous if you would like to see the lake/go to the beach. The Skazka canyon is a short drive away. The balcony has a very nice view towards the lake and one could dine there. The owners are quite helpful with finding transfer and arranging the transport around the place.

Negative: The room was not that huge. There was one bathroom was for 4 guest rooms. Only one other was occupied that night but in case all 4 are it could lead to waiting in the morning I believe.

Positive: I loved my stay here so much! Munara and her family are so lovely, it felt really good to be surrounded by such kind people! Munara is an English teacher, so she speaks fluent English, and she was always eager to help me, weather I needed to arrange transportation, or even a show with an eagle hunter. The property is very clean and spatious, and is located at a 5 minute walk from the beach. Also, the food is delicious! Thank you for everything!

Positive: We were so happy to find this accommodation with a hospitable and helpful family. We can definitely recommend it, it was usuful that we could communicate in both English and Russian. The host gave us a ride to the nearby Fairytale canyon, which was helpful.

Negative: We arrived at Maksat around 7pm but were sent to another place. A lady then collected 3200 som in cash and just left us there. The property we stayed was 10 mins walk from actual Maksat house. Host was not responsive on WhatsApp or Booking. When there was no electricity I tried to chat with host couple times on WhatsApp/booking but nobody responded so I walked back to the actual Maksat house to ask for support. BKF is at 9am so if you need to depart early, consider there’s no breakfast. As there’s no towels so prepare yours
