Positive: Location is so convenient, near the bus and train stations. We walked to the beach for 20 minutes. Apartment was small but useful and comfortable, we had a terrace.
Negative: The stove did not work properly.
Summary: It was not expensive and quite comfortable.

Positive: It was a decent location, clean, and at an affordable price.
Negative: We had 3 people with a pull out sofa. Sheets didn't fit for the sofa. Also the pans didn't work with convection oven, tea kettle had a leak, microwave was going on and off, a few some dishes and cups had cracks. The place would be fine for just two people with very limited use of the kitchenette but for three it didn't work well

Positive: A nice space. The couch area was cute and the bed was quite small but comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. The location was good - walking distance to the bus and train station, and right near a bus stop. We booked it for one night so that we could get to the bus station early the next day and it was good for that!
Negative: The smell of the cleaning products in our room was quite overwhelming for the duration of our stay. The shower head holder was broken in the shower, and the door to the terrace didn't lock. Also there was a cockroach in the curtain :( I understand that that can happen of course, and there was cockroach spray on hand under the sink, but it just wasn't very pleasant to deal with.

Negative: Strong damp smell inside the front door. Had to cover it up with the bed sheet and keep the windows open.

Positive: The location is quite good, there are shops nearby, the beach is nearby, there is good Wi-Fi, a cozy patio, is there a place to leave your scooter or bicycle
Negative: Of the minuses, the first minus is the small room, much smaller than expected, despite the fact that my neighbors also complained about the size of the rooms. A small shower room is not suitable for sharing a shower; in addition, the toilet circle does not stand on its own, and this is a very big problem for men. There are no mosquito nets, and with the windows closed it is very stuffy at night. in my room the window did not have a lock and the doors could be opened without a key. There weren’t enough bedside tables and shelves in the room; in general, there was no place to put your things.

Positive: Got all information for check-in in time, could enter with doorcode
Negative: Room smelt moldy, kitchen surface was sticky. Room was ground floor with only window onto street with bus stop right in front, so didn't feel safe to open blinds with our stuff lying openly. Didn't have "free" parking, was just in an area with free street parking, but had to park 6min walk away in some side alley. Terrace was just a table on a communal terrace walking past 3 other rented rooms.
Summary: For 30€ maybe ok, but definitely not worth what I paid.
