Positive: Big hotel with ample lounge and rooms. Rooms were equipped with everything I needed: tea, coffee facilities, water and biscuits. My double bed was very comfortable too.

Negative: I reserved a room for 2 and had far too many beds so not sure I had value for money when it ended up being only me staying. I didn’t like the shower being a bath with a curtain. There was no hairdryer (not sure if reception had one). No flexibility on keeping the room past the check out time.

Summary: Pleasant stay with all the amenities I generally needed.

Positive: The hotel is conveniently located off the M50 and Clondalkin village.

Negative: The evening clerk was not friendly( young eastern europeen, slim build and blond hair) . He scolded me for trying to use the restrooms located in the bar. I understand the bar was not serving drinks at that point, all i wanted was to use the restrooms and join the other people in my party. He did not seem to care that I was actually staying at the hotel.I dont think he understands what it takes to be in the service business and that friendliness towards customers is what makes them come back over and over again.

Positive: The room was fantastic. It had everything you need for a comfortable stay. It even had little complimentary snacks. It was very clean. It's opposite a supermarket and that can be handy.

Negative: The location of the hotel is difficult if you don’t have a car. Not a problem for me, but the shower is over the bath which may be difficult for some people.
