BRAND NEW BEACH HOUSE!! House has been completely remodeled including new kitchen and bathrooms, new appliances, new furniture, and all new housewares and linens. Minimum 30-day rental period.
Our home is directly on the beach with a gated private drive into this small neighborhood. Lechuza Beach is an extension of Broad Beach, one of the most exclusive, celebrity-filled beaches in all of Malibu. The large, natural, sandy stretch of beach is available to renters and homeowners only and offers a very small-town feel with a lot of privacy. Great for families and kids. Nature here is intact, the water is the cleanest in Los Angeles, and there are dolphins, sea lions, pelicans, fish, and lobster in the waters just in front of the home. Shopping, cinemas and restaurants are close by. If you don't know Malibu or if you're already a fan of this seaside town, you'll enjoy this beach home that epitomizes the Malibu experience. It's a great getaway on its own or a superb location from which to visit the other areas and must-see attractions in Los Angeles.

Summary: Our family had such an amazing time here. The location was perfect for us. Waking up to the sounds of the ocean and having a cup of coffee on the balcony was a dream. We spotted dolphins on more than one occasion which was an added surprise. The owners were very responsive and helpful. Would love to go back one day!

Summary: Awesome location , and right across one of the most private beached on Malibu. Daily walks and you would run into maybe 1-2 of your neighbors. Listening to the waves at night will rock you to some deep sleep. Brandy was on the spot and helpful during the stay. Will be returning !!

Summary: The house is very clean and well furnished, and Brandy had her housekeeper come twice during our 10-day stay, which was an unexpected bonus. The neighborhood is very quiet (except the remodeling/construction that seems to be happening on every other house) and the beach is semi-private (a public beach without much public) and considering we were there over the 4th of July, it was nice to not have to deal with loud parties and crowds. We were there with our 3 kids, 19, 17, and 8, and there was plenty of space in the house for everyone to have their privacy but also to hang out together. We can't wait to come back to Malibu and enjoy this house again!
