Positive: Did not have breakfast which was at an extra cost As I was using the studio flat. Used the kitchenette which had microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge. Room was nice and large, had all that was needed for my stay. Able to open windows for circulation of air if needed which was good. TV in room, large shower and space in the bathroom. There was a lounge and conservatory to use, plus garden area. Car park available to use
Negative: Stairs, studio room was on second floor no lift. Stairs step and narrow, when taking up and down my case. Automatic lighting on stairs, needs to come on earlier with movement as not able to see all the steps up to the 1st and 2nd landing .

Positive: Location is perfect opposite St Brides Hotel and short walk into saundersfoot, lovely conservatory and lookout over the main road perfect to view the Ironman cycle route as it goes up Saundersfoot. Staff are also very friendly, I left a few items of clothing on accident in the room and they posted them back to me! They are legends.
Negative: Nothing it was great for the purpose we stayed there.

Positive: Room was spacious, very clean and comfy with small kitchen, table and chairs. We checked in 2 hours before time which was really nice so had extra time to explore. Staff were really friendly. Indoor swimming pool looked lovely, we didn't pack our bathers to try it out. Would definitely stay here again. It's a 10/10 for me.
