Positive: Self catering. Very quiet position. People staying in other properties were very friendly. Host attended quickly when there was an issue with the door locking and fixed it.
Negative: We had to leave the property at 9.00 am which was ok for us but maybe to early for some people. Some of the saucepans and coated knives were badly scratched.
Summary: Lovely position, very quiet and relaxing. Accommodation comfortable and homely

Positive: Being so close to the fishing pools and the quietness.
Negative: Nothing not to like. It would have helped if check in was slightly earlier as being the Winter it was dark on arrival and we got a little lost but not a major problem.

Positive: Fully equipped with everything you could need. Very spacious. Beautiful surroundings. Very peaceful. Bed very comfortable and we slept very well.
Negative: Cleanliness could have been slightly better. Cutlery in drawer was extremely dirty and had to be washed before we could use it and also plastic glasses. Bed and bathroom were very clean. Check in time could be earlier and check out time could be later.

Positive: Just about everything. The owners had furnished and laid out the property with care and an eye for detail. Views across the lake were spectacular. The property was comfortable and better than advertised.
Negative: The taps on the washbasin in the beautiful bathroom were difficult to turn and the toilet seat was a bit wobbly… two very small details!
Summary: Fabulous hobbit house…. We will be back!
