Positive: The room is simple, but after a while really starts to feel like home. The shared kitchen, which is basically outdoor and has a great view over the rooftops, is well equipped (enough for cooking) and is literally a few steps from your room. Luigi, even though not present personally, is always ready to provide help and advice online. Location is also perfect, 5-10 minutes walk to everything important (shops, bus stops, port...)
Negative: Outside the peak season, full breakfast is not available (we didnt know this, because we found this B&B using the breakfast filter). You can still have a little snack, which is prepared in the kitchen at all times - coffee, tea, cornflakes, some toast bread and jam.

Positive: Location was great, as was the communication! We loved the balcony and it had everything we needed.
Negative: It was two single mattresses and so these seperated a lot, and the sheets fell off because of it. The shower is powerful, but a but a very small space - perhaps a shelf would be good for soaps as it isn’t much space to bend down!

Positive: The location of the hotel was ideal for my stay. The size of the room was more than adequate and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a nice view from my balcony. The shared terrace/kitchen was a great idea although I did not use it.

Positive: Although I like the room itself for being clean and of good size, the noise was unbearable.
Negative: The noise level from neighbours is unbearable due to a complete lack of soundproofing in this building. Every sound from surrounding units feels immediate, as if it's happening right next to me. I had to approach the residents of Door 3 to ask them to lower their excessively loud television and voices. In another floor, a mother was shouting to her kid who was crying and her shouting made me worried for the kid. I went around but I could not locate the sound as she stopped. Overall, not a relaxing place at all and one night was more than enough This building urgently requires a soundproofing system. Of course they won’t do it! My note is due to the environment and the doors ongoing slamming. The owner should act upon it put notes in all rooms.

Positive: The location is very calm and close to the center. We stayed for 2 nights and it was absolutely brilliant. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, the host provided many towels and I felt like at home. We could also cook at the kitchen and use all the properties including pasta/spices/tunna etc so it was amazing

Positive: Excellent location in the heart of Lipari, just steps from everything. Spacious bed and overall great value for money.
Negative: The Wi-Fi connection is somewhat weak, and the room’s decor feels a little dated. Light tends to filter in, so if you’re sensitive to brightness, consider bringing a sleep mask for complete darkness.
