Positive: God, what a view! We arrived late at night in the pouring rain, things seemed grim. We awoke to a glorious view from our cabin.
Negative: The cabin was extremely dated, the queen bed sagged in the middle. On the plus side,there was lots of extra blankets, which was good, as the heating was a small electric radiator. The biggest surprise was there was no TV. This accommodation was the most expensive of our entire trip, but certainly lacked the mod cons. As we arrived late, our key and cabin instructions were tucked into an envelope awaiting us, along with instructions to visit the office in the morning to finalise payment. We went to the office at 9.30, but there was no one around, I understand that it's not always easy to man an office, plus do whatever else is required in a holiday park. We sent a message to the manager to let him know that we had a tour booked and please use the credit card provided when we booked. The manager messaged back that due to a Bookings.com policy, we would be marked as an unpaid stay, and Bookings.com would follow up.
Summary: No TV, world-class view.

Positive: The view from the cabin was incredible!! We were treated to a most stunning sunset and the view from the kitchen and living room was amazing. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for a one or two night stay. When we arrived the heater was on and the cabin was warm and cosy. The lady at reception was wonderful. She was super friendly and a pleasure to deal with!
Negative: The beds were a bit uncomfortable. I slept in one of the single beds in the 2nd bedroom as the bed in the main bedroom was not very soft and had a bit of a dip in the middle. If you like to watch TV you would be out of luck. Luckily the view was to die for, so this didn't matter to us. We were able to stream the news on the free WIFI so were all good. Make sure you take your own food unless you want to go to the ONE dining place in town, at the old church. It turned out to be quite expensive for food I can cook just as well if not better. The cabin was basic. It's a bit tired and could do with some TLC but it was fine to just sleep in, which is what we needed.
Summary: A view to die for in basic accommodation that does the job if you aren't too fussy.
