Summary: This very clean, beautifully updated property boasts a unique floor plan with room for everyone. Hang in the common areas or get peace and quiet in the separated bedrooms. While the house is gorgeous, the backyard steals the show. The seclusion makes you think your miles away from the neighbors. The neighborhood is quiet and tucked away. The hosts were friendly, attentive and very responsive. By far one of my favorites in the Jacksonville area. neighborhood is peaceful and tucked away.

Summary: From the moment we walked into it we loved this house!! First, the spaciousness of the living area is striking, second the entire house is so well appointed and third, the cleanliness indicates that the property manager strives to make their guests worry free and ready to relax! The kitchen is well supplied with utensils, cups and glasses, as well as pots and pans. Two refrigerators provide more than enough cold and freezer storage. The ample supply of luxurious towels, accompanied by hotel quality bath soaps, shampoos and conditioners, made us feel like we were in a 5 star resort! The backyard abuts a beautiful marsh with ample backyard seating to enjoy a wonderful view of the marsh and intercoastal waterway with interesting boat traffic. Convientiently located less than a mile from Mayo clinic it was ideal for our stay while also a short ride to beach access and beachside restaurants. We most strongly recommend this property!!
