Newly renovated townhouse 2 min walk to the beach. No expense spared; everything is pristine. Seabreeze South is located steps from the white sand beach with all the essentials you need for an incredible getaway. It features 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths +queen pullout couchโ€”sleeps 6. Two living room spaces w/ electric fireplace, room to lounge even if the couch is pulled out. Each bedroom features a private balcony to enjoy the sunrise or evening drinks and ensuite bathrooms. This sparkling-clean home is perfect for your next vacation.
Note: this is a 3-story townhouse so you will need to be able to climb stairs.
The ground floor features:
Access for one parking space (there's plenty of additional free parking just a few steps away in the beach access parking lot)
A small patio area with seating for 3
A charcoal grill

The 2nd-floor features:
The main living room includes a queen, super comfy pull out couch

We provide high-quality bedding (including extra for the pull-out couch), 2 pillows per person, towels, beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap.

Summary: Beautifully renovated property. Home was spotless and very well stocked and provisioned with everything we needed (including thoughtful touches like coffee, spices, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner and dish and laundry detergent). There was even a nice selection of books and games to borrow. Nice king size bed was super comfortable. Location is perfect. Just a block from the beach entrance, and a short walk to CVS and the Bearded Pig. This time it was just my husband and I, but plenty of room for next time if we come with our girls.
