Summary: We asked the hotel in advance for some help when preparing the room for my wife, who has a lot of allergies, and they were very helpful in doing so which was much appreciated.

Summary: My trouble with the property was it was it not clear on the description it was 116 year old homes renovated -I was not aware I choose a second floor-the pictures of the rooms were accurate but to get up to the rooms it said no elevator but the steps very uneven, hard to manage, the coffee maker, frig at bottom of steps so a lot of going up an down. One kcup for coffee for each of us. All at bottom of those stairs. Water pressure was good if u didn’t want a real hot shower bathroom beautiful renovation but no light to really put make up on it was a sweet chandelier but not real light. Our breakfast was on a app somehow we did not click it right it never came we asked about but we were 10 min too late to get it they said cafe closed. Just dissatisfied with how that was handled- Sweet place but not comfortable for us just no creature features to really make our stay enjoyable. We left a day early even though we paid for our full stay and it isn’t an inexpensive place to begin with. Just know it’s a renovation situation then make your reservation knowing that. I usually don’t review but i needed to do this one.

Summary: The place is beautiful, clean, friendly staff. The pool is really nice and clean. We were just hoping that it was heated. As this app incorrectly states.

Summary: We were only there for one night (thank God, otherwise I would’ve been upset) When we walked in to our building there was a musty smell, which reminded me of Grandma’s basement. The TV wasn’t able to be used because the remote didn’t work. I opened the back and the battery was all corroded. My wife took a shower and there was a hair on the wall. There was one in the wreath decoration on the wall too. By the time we noticed all of it we were getting ready for bed and it was too late to say anything to the staff. The breakfast was decent, but not anything special. If I paid half the price it would’ve been better, but I was underwhelmed based on what I paid.

Summary: We arrived very late and had no problems going through self check-in. Our room was spacious, clean and comfy. Excellent shower pressure. The stay worked well.

Summary: Very difficult to find entrance and check in building. Room was ok but no ice maker on premise; had to ask for some ice from checkin person who brought a small bucket with about 6 cubes and what looked like a chunk from bottom of ice tray. Had to request 1st floor room as stairs to go to second floor very narrow and steep. We are both handicapped and wouldn’t be able to get up and down. Breakfast was not great but fresh, Danish was good and fresh fruit cup good. No choices for other items. Avocado toast was small and fair, Mediterranean roll was too spicy for all 4 of us so couldn’t eat it. Room was large and clean and shower good. We wouldn’t go back though.
