Positive: Our check-in process was amazing and the Deluxe lake view room with balcony was upgraded to Junior suite which was very nice. The view and location of the hotel and room was extraordinary and one did not feel the need to leave the room. Breakfast was also very elaborate considering Europe.

Negative: Cannot think of anything

Summary: Most luxurious hotel we have stayed anywhere in Europe with excellent service and comfort.
