Negative: Late check in time. Very crowded lobby waiting for 3:30 pm checkin. Should have allowed people to check in early to rooms that were ready and ease congestion of lobby. Beds and pillows were average comfort. Room was very small and no second bedding was given for the second bed despite request made at reservation. Construction on road outside made for more difficult and less safe crossing to and from bus stop
