Summary: This is a lovely historic house presented with style and charm, and high standards. The staff provide the best service and are very attentive. Setting is just gorgeous with visiting shy groups of purple-faced leaf monkeys and peacocks passing through along the high walls and trees from time as you sit in the cool palm filled courtyards. And added, an excellent menu with both traditional and modern mix so well presented and tasty served in a lovely restaurant-bar setting on the deep verandahs.

Summary: Kind and attentive staff. Fantastic location for exploring the old fort area of Galle and the beautiful sunrises and sunsets and crescent moon. Very good food, carefully prepared. Decorative and photogenic. Upgraded to a room with a courtyard, which was unexpected and very welcome.

Summary: This property was centrally located to access the wonders of Galle Fort, but set in a quiet lane away from the main foot traffic. The Courtyard and entry to the property burst with colour and wonderful scents. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast options were the best we came across in Sri Lanka. The rooms were clean but moderate in size with limited space for large luggage.
