Enter this impressive villa via French floor to ceiling glass doors and enjoy the stunning indoor/outdoor living concept central courtyard, from where this exceptional property can be explored.
Traditional features blend tastefully with modern clear glass windows and doors along with quality contemporary style furniture. The newly upgraded fully equipped kitchen with bar stools serves the elegant air-conditioned internal dining room, which opens up onto the beautiful and spacious pool deck and BBQ areas, which surround a stunning infinity pool, one of the largest on Royal Westmoreland. A substantial modern and yet comfortable living room with TV also takes you onto the large pool deck with sun loungers and umbrellas.
The oversized pool, with one of a kind dolphin mosaic feature, helps set the scene for this luxurious tropical escape. The entry level floor also includes 3 large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and each with private outdoor terrace.

There is also a bar/relaxation area situated on this level.
