Positive: White lotus, the hotel set up and facilities are perfect for a Getaway vacation, full isolation where u can really detox , relax and reflect on oneself, amazing nature, the venue has its own historical sites where u can (sultan garden) where u can chill all day . Staff whether issa or the ali (owners son) are very accommodating beyond limits they have been more than friendly , I didn't meet the owner as he was away on leave but safety in the place is insane (I didn't lock my accommodation the whole time )

Negative: Mosquitos so make sure to bring proper cream incase u wanna spend time outdoors in evening or late night by the beach

Positive: We had a lovely stay at Mangrove Lodge. The beach is beautiful and has a wonderful, relaxing atmosphere. The restaurant upstairs and the beach area both have a really nice vibe, and the prices are reasonable. The breakfast was absolutely amazing—generous, delicious, and very enjoyable. The service was warm and friendly, and the outdoor shower was such a unique and fun experience. We also really appreciated that they let us eat at the restaurant with food we had brought from outside. The owner was especially lovely and welcoming. We also received a beach sheet/towel and a cold juice as a welcome, which was a really nice touch. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and loved the atmosphere, hospitality, and beautiful beach. We would happily recommend Mangrove Lodge.

Negative: A few things to keep in mind: the road to the lodge is quite uncomfortable, although it's only about 1.5 km from the main road. The room was a little dark, and the Wi-Fi is only available in the restaurant and wasn't particularly strong.

Positive: The photos don’t give it enough credit. It’s a little heaven. Super friendly staff, amazing food and A LOT to discover within the property itself. Beautiful surroundings and it’s directly on the ocean. Their exchange rate is almost as found on Google. They offer excursions and transportation at a fair price. The outside shower is a very nice experience! So much effort was put into every small piece of detail to give you an ecological glamping proper experience.

Negative: None of this is their fault, but this is just for setting guests expectations: - Electricity outages do happen - Water may go out - There’s poor network coverage so the wifi is a bit weak but functional

Positive: The landscape is mesmerising. I loooovvveeddd how the hotel allows for exploration of historical sites and nature. The staff are extremely nice. The lodges are spacious and clean, and very, very well designed. I loved the beach towels in the room. I loved the outside sitting areas. Each one had a different view of the ocean. Highly recommend it if you’re aiming for a secluded, relaxing stay.

Negative: Very bad location. There is not a road that leads to the hotel. Cars have to drive over and follow water brooks, while evading trees, rocks, and being bogged down every few meters. It’s also over 10 driving mins away from the main road.

Positive: Everything! Stayed alone for a week which became like home. All staff members became like family, took very good care of me. Food was AMAZING lots of different choices with fair pricing. Beach is 10 out of 10, room was clean and mosquito free. Thank you for such a warm and nice stay & will be back!
