Positive: Situated at the top of a three-story building in a courtyard offset from the main street, the location is unbelievably quiet for being that close to the city center. This is a nimble, cozy, yet spacious apartment; everything was perfectly clean, with an extremely modern, well thought-out and well-made interior and furnishing and everything you might want for a short or a long stay. The host is an amazing woman who was nothing but helpful, kind and accomodating to me.

Negative: The Internet access is on the slower side of what is usually offered in Tbilisi (~40 Mbps symmetric). Moreover, the connection was spotty and unreliable because I was sharing the host’s own household Wi-Fi network on a different floor. This will likely be fixed for the next guests as I’m working with the host to improve this. Ceilings were pretty low :)

Positive: The apartment was excellent—the perfect location for shops, restaurants, walk, and Metro. The apartment was super clean and luxurious, equipped with everything you need even for a long stay. The host was super helpful and an amazing person. She was always around if I needed assistance. Highly recommended!
