I will have the pleasure to welcome you and give you the keys from 17h.
In the rdc a room of life of 65m ² with entirely equipped kitchen, room, living room, Internet and a room180x200 (possibility to separate the beds) with shower with the Italian and independent TOILET, a buanderie and garage
Upstairs 4 bedrooms including 3 with walk-in shower and toilet and in addition separate toilet.
The beds will be made upon arrival and towels will be available.
Outside, terrace with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue and deck chair.
The pool is heated from April 15th to September 30th with a mobile shelter.

Summary: Amazing - such a lovely house and worked perfectly for three generations. Josiane our host had hought of everything to make our stay very comfortable and very well equipped. The house is situated in a peaceful location with two supermarkets a few miles away. The nearest town Baud has ample shops for locals and visitors. There are many beautiful towns and beaches located 30 mins or less to visit by car. The swimming pool on the grounds is the icing on the cake!! The pool can be used in all weathers. We were very sad to leave the holiday house and we highly recommend it as a perfect holiday stay. Thank you.

Summary: Firstly Josiane is a lovely lady very friendly and helpful showed our group around the property and explained everything we needed to know.Beautiful house nice and quiet area only 5km from Baud handy for shopping in supermarket swimming pool outstanding and gardens immaculate quality of fittings and finish inside house 5 star photos on website do not do house justice I would stay here again and would have no hesitation in recommending this property to family and friends thank you Josiane for a lovely holiday in Brittany France

Summary: Amazing house, fully equipped with everything you could want and more! The pool is perfect and there is lots of garden space including a boules area! The best property we have ever booked. The owner is a delightful lady and very thoughtful. We will visit again.

Summary: We loved our stay,the property was amazing and just like home from home. The pool was a great size for 8 of us and the garage was full of garden games and activities that kept us all entertained. The owner was lovely and very accommodating with all our needs,any issues she was with us within half an hour. Can’t rate this property enough,also close half an hour away from a beautiful sandy beach and harbour.

Summary: I stayed with friends for one week in this beautiful villa in July 2017. The house is in a very quiet and peaceful location in the countryside, near to the nice village of Baud. The western cost of Brittany is just 30 minutes far from the house, which is strategically placed to explore the region with its typical villages. The house is wonderful, nicely furnished and equipped with all the necessary appliances (fridge, cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, big-screen TV, garage, etc.) and with five spacious and comfortable rooms, each with private bathroom. Outside we also enjoyed the big garden with terrace and the heated swimming-pool, which was a further delight during our vacation. The manager was very friendly and helpful. Wonderful experience, you won’t regret if you book here!
