Summary: Daughter and I stayed for a night whilst attending a concert and we could not have hoped for a better hotel. The personal service and attention to detail, catering for all additional needs, was superb. Breakfast included huge choice of continental and freshly cooked to order food. Particularly recommend the smoked salmon and eggs. We would highly recommend and will return when we are next in Scarborough FYI it’s a dog friendly hotel too!

Summary: Mansion House is situated in the quieter part of Scarborough which suited us perfectly. We received a warm welcome and found the accommodation to be spotless and comfortable. Breakfast offered a good choice and hot food was nicely cooked and presented. The lounge was a cosy welcoming place with plenty of books and games and an honesty bar stocked with a variety of beverages. As we were blessed with good weather we didn’t use the lounge but it would have been a pleasant place to have spent a rainy couple of hours. It’s less than ten minutes walk up to the main road and bus route to Filey and Bridlington and a twenty minute walk to the heart of Scarborough itself. A very enjoyable few days.

Summary: Really good B&B. A few minutes walk to the Spa. Town a little further, but an easy stroll overall. All staff we encountered were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast food hot and tasty. Everywhere cleaned to a very high standard.
