Summary: Verblijf van 28/10/2019 tot 02/11/2019 24/10/2019 Bericht van de eigenaars dat ze niet aanwezig zouden zijn bij aankomst, de sleutel zou onder de mat liggen aan de achterdeur en de vraag om de waarborg van 300 € en 98 € voor de lakens voor 14 pers. te storten. 28/10/2019 : bericht dat de storting binnen was en dat ze dezelfde avond of 's anderendaags met de meterstanden zouden komen. 16u30 aankomst, de sleutel lag niet onder de mat de achterdeur was open en op voordeur zat de sleutel aan de binnenkant. We hebben de meterstanden links van de voordeur ,zoals aangegeven in bericht van de eigenaars, opgenomen want ze zouden niet komen. Verblijf : was ok, alleen zijn de toestellen in de keuken niet aangepast om voor zoveel personen te komen, daar hebben we serieus moeite mee gehad. De omgeving is ok niet speciaal uitzicht maar het gaat tenslotte over het samenzijn. Vertrek : Op 1/11/2019 hebben we gebeld dat we 's anderendaags zouden vertrekken. Eigenaars vroegen meterstanden (zoals eerder aangegeven links van de voordeur) door te sturen. 2/11/2019 Vertrek rond 11u.Meterstanden doorgestuurd , sleutels aan de binnenkant laten zitten. Tot daar ons verblijf. Achteraf kwam er telefoon dat ze niet binnenkomen omdat de sleutels op de binnenkant zaten. Dat doen we thuis ook altijd, maar blijkbaar zal dat aan het soort cilinder liggen. Ze hebben een raam moeten uithalen, dat is spijtig , we zullen de kosten moeten betalen, niets aan te doen. Dan kwam er ook nog een bericht dat de stokken van de biljart in het plafond hingen !!! Ik heb mevrouw opgebeld en gevraagd wat ik mij daar bij moest voorstellen en zij heeft een foto doorgestuurd. We hebben de kinderen ter verantwoording geroepen en bleek dat het plafond vol gaten stond en zij hebben er bij gemaakt. Dat hadden ze natuurlijk niet moeten doen. Ik heb ook naar de eigenaars een berichtje gestuurd en zij beweren nu een paar gaatjes en een paar opgestopt. De kinderen zijn formeel, het stond vol. Spijtig genoeg hebben wij daar niet op gelet. Maar, en dat is niet correct, dat werd ons niet meegedeeld. De eigenaars hadden aanwezig moeten zijn en ons er op wijzen. De kinderen zijn van 11 tot 21 en wij zijn echt niet gewoon van een spoor van vernieling achter te laten. Nog de opmerking dat de meter van de verwarming niet opgenomen was, maar daar is niets van gezegd en die stond niet links van de voordeur. Enfin dat is geen probleem. Wat betreft de lakens : er werden 3 bedden niet beslapen want iedereen kon niet mee, ze zullen 1 pr aftrekken. Ook geen probleem. Wij houden aan dit verblijf geen goed gevoel over. Summary: Vriendelijke ontvangst met koffie en een degelijke uitleg bij het afhalen van de sleutel. Het huis is gelegen in het dorp Kruiskerke aan de rand van het prachtige en rustgevende landschapspark Bulskampveld uitstekend geschikt voor buitenactiviteiten zoals lopen, wandelen, fietsen. De accommodatie beantwoordde aan onze verwachtingen ruim met voldoende plaats voor 14 personen, het bedlinnen lag klaar. Ons familieweekend kon meteen starten op vrijdagavond. De voornaamste minpuntjes de woning was nogal oppervlakkig gepoetst (hier en daar lag nog stof e.d.), de keukenuitrusting was nogal beperkt voor 14 personen (geen snijplanken, 1 aardappelmesje, eerder kleine kookplaten, enkel een kleine combi-oven). Dat heeft echter niet belet dat wij bijzonder tevreden terugkijken op ons verblijf. Er was ook een snelle afrekening van de waarborg (de dag nadien reeds).

Summary: Wij verblijven van 30 december tot en met 2 januari met een groep van 10 personen (5 stellen). Het contact voor aanvang was al erg prettig, erg duidelijk en een snelle reactie per mail op onze vragen. Bij het afhalen van de sleutel werden wij uitzonderlijk vriendelijk ontvangen, gastvrijheid ten top! Wij voelden ons zeer welkom en hadden het gevoel dat er alle tijd genomen werd voor de uitleg van het huis en het afgeven van de sleutel. Bij aankomst van het huis waren wij zeer verrast door de ruimte in het huis, voor ons was het vooral belangrijk dat elk stel een eigen slaapkamer had en dat de woon- en eetkamer ruim genoeg zouden zijn. Dat was zeker het geval! Als bonus is er een 'speelkamer' met o.a. een tafeltennis tafel. De keuken was tevens prima en zowel beneden als boven is er een badkamer, met 10 personen was dit perfect. Voor boodschappen is er erg dichtbij een grote supermarkt, Huis Maria. Wij zijn een dag naar Oostende geweest, dit was ongeveer 30 minuten rijden. We hebben tevens Gent bezocht, dit was ongeveer 20 minuten rijden. Allebei qua afstand erg goed te doen! Bij vertrek een foto gemaakt van de meterstanden en de sleutel op de tafel gelegd. De volgende avond hadden wij de afrekening al, perfect! Wij zijn enorm tevreden en kijken met veel plezier terug naar ons verblijf in 'De Snoeibijl'! Nogmaals dank voor de goede zorgen!

Summary: Gastvrouw deed er alles aan je direct thuis te laten voelen. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Toffe streek om te wandelen. Kortom, een leuke plek voor jong en oud!

Summary: We hebben absoluut van onze vakantie en van het verblijf in dit vakantiehuis genoten, spijtig van het weer maar dat heb je natuurlijk niet in de hand. Mooie streek voor wandelingen met al dan niet een hindernissenparcous in de bossen in de buurt. Een uitstapje naar de zee, brugge, enz ... en een keertje lekker gaan eten mocht er natuurlijk ook niet aan ontbreken (brasserie De Radio is sterk aan te bevelen)
