Positive: The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help. The room and bed were comfortable and very well presented. When the initial room had no hot water, they immediately upgraded the room to a suite. The only thing I would suggest is to supply a single information sheet on things like the safe, dinner and breakfast times and various other facilities in the room and hotel.
Negative: The only thing which let them down slightly was the restaurant. We asked for bread with our dinner on three occasions, even reminding them but to no avail. Steak which my wife only eats well-cooked was extremely rare. We ordered a glass of wine and a pisco sour, only the pisco sour arrived. The food was overall very good and the restaurant very nice, so it was a shame such a small thing affected the experience.

Positive: friendly staff, the size of the room is good enough, good water pressure shower, excellent WIFI, good breakfast but limited choices, well located, i can bring food from other restaurants outside the hotel.( In others hotels you don't have that choice) The a/c runs smoothly :)
Negative: One only complain. Hope this is for better. The pillows are to soft for my head and my head column. I have to put the 4 pillow that came in the room like tower and try to have a decent sleep but i cant . I wake up 5:30am and i cant sleep more. The only think i have left is to turn the TV.

Positive: Spacious room and bathroom with good hot water pressure. Staff generally are friendly.
Negative: There are just not enough power plugs in the room and none by the bedside tables, which is strange for an Accor hotel. I informed front desk 3 times over 2 days that the safe in my room didn't come with instructions to reset and was also not reset from the last occupant. Nothing was done, other than saying the safe is handled by their security. I guess security was on leave for the 3 nights I was there. This is not acceptable and not for a business trip for APEC. Breakfast is very limited in choice, though delicious. Considering the premium paid during the APEC period, this is not a good deal for the service and lack of follow up.
Summary: An Accor hotel that has potential, but fails in basics.

Positive: The rooms were spacious and the location is great. Staff was mostly helpful - i was checked in by Pia who was just and amazing person, bubbly, efficient and so helpful - even suggested some great places to go and eat as i wanted to explore the city outside the hotel
Negative: The aircon was lacking or not functioning well. The water was not replenished and one had to pay for the coffee in room? Weird. Gym was a total disappointment
Summary: Nice location and spacious room - maybe not worth the money though

Positive: Hotel was cozy, clean, and with a fantastic staff. Food was superb. We had breakfast, lunch, and dinner on different days and it was a pleasant surprise to have an excellent Peruvian cuisine so close. A major thanks to the attentive staff that helped to not only book a city tour but also helped us negotiate the service. I would go back.
Negative: We went to a conference that was held near the hotel. Location was appropriate and perfect for our needs. However, it is a bit far from the more tourist places. Transit was a bad experience all-out and should be considered for your travel plans.
Summary: Excellent hotel, with amazing food, and attentive staff.
