Negative: In comparison to the photos we did find it was a bit run down. Room had a bit of a damp smell. Could do with some minor renovations!

Positive: The rooms are well appointed, light and bright, casual and beachy without being plush or particularly exciting. The grounds of the Mantra and it's location, right next to the beach are the real pluses.

Negative: While the breakfast offers a fair bit of choice, again, it's not anything to get too excited about and it's a toss up whether or not to spend your money on a tasty cafe breakfast nearby, where the coffee is going to be better too.

Summary: Mantra is so well located and has fantastic spacious grounds which makes up for other deficits.
