Negative: Needs maintenance. Rooms were not clean to a high standard and over priced. Could hear every step from room upstairs. Was missing plug for bath, soap and tea

Positive: I was blown away walking into the Mantra PortSea, how spacious and amazing the pool looked! The room itself was very open and clean. I wish I had more time here.
Negative: The only thing I was a little disappointed was with the breakfast. We tried to get a feed before heading off but wasn’t able to sit down it seemed to confuse the staff ?? Which turned me away but the lady seemed as though she was trying to sort it out. After looking around at what food was available and with the confusion we decided it was best not to pay $25 each for some cereal. Just for the MantraSea team, the sink in the bathroom needs draining. I went to wash my face but the basin filled up soooo quick it took ages for it to go down.

Negative: No heating in the pool (if you have young kids they will find the water too cold) poor performing air conditioning, rude staff at times and very minimal supplies in the kitchen area.
Summary: We had a pleasant stay but overall it was heavily overpriced for what you get.

Positive: Pool ideal for young children. Close to beach. Good sized apartment for couples
Negative: Stairs from reception to apartment might be problematic for older guests. A 20 minute plus walk to town centre
