Positive: Perfect location for access to town. Very clean, comfy beds and plenty of room for 4 adults. Quiet location too and everything we needed was in the house. Really appreciated the welcome pack too.

Negative: advertised on the amenities was a washing machine, so we only took minimal underwear, on arrival we could not find the washing machine!, we called manor cottages to be told that on their web site it does not state a washing machine but on booking .com it does, so booking .com needs to update their web site, we then had to manage with rinsing our undies and drying on the Rad so we had clean and not smelly underwear!!!!!!

Summary: convenient, house with everything you need accept a washing machine, the WIFI is not good at all
