Negative: The furniture was a little worse for wear and the bed was pretty stiff. Neither were enough to not recommend the stay, but we only stayed one night.

Positive: Location perfect for staying in Stirling. The staying in an apartment rather than a hotel is an attraction. You have space and freedom to move around. You can do your own cooking if they solve the fire alarm problem listed below. Owners very friendly and helpful.
Negative: Every time you cook the fire alarm goes off. So it was not possible to use the stove. The lounge suite needs replacing. It is very old and has been patched and is sagging in the middle. We could not find a plug for the kitchen sink. Toilet seat loose and dangerous. All the room cupboards are fully stacked with the owners' clothes blankets linen etc. Feels like you are sharing a cupboard with foreign people.
Summary: 41A Mar Apartment Stirling needs some cleaning up of owners' clutter and some TLC overall

Positive: Location wonderful - very near Stirling Castle, in the city centre. The heating was on, on arrival. Everything clean and well appointed, and two super comfortable double bedrooms.
