Positive: Quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of Queenstown centre but still close enough to everything and stunning views. The apartment was modern, with quality appliances, everything looking new, clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again!
Negative: There were no clear instructions on how to use appliances and the online manual was inaccurate. However, this was minor relative to our overall experience and the host replied promptly to assist when help was needed.

Positive: The rooms were clean and tidy. The beds are comfortable. The internet is fast and reliable which is very important considering that the place does not have the best cellphone signal. This wasn't a problem at all because of the internet that covers the whole apartment. If you use wifi calling then it will work fine. The toilets are nice and well placed. It was amazing how the whole layout was thought of. Host/Owner is very accomodating and responds quickly.
Negative: There is nothing notable that I didn't like. I'm used to having an extractor fan whilst showering which I couldn't figure out how to work but each time I use the shower, the bathroom is always dry so I suppose it's drying the whole bathroom differently. This is not a problem at all.
Summary: Perfect place to stay for a family and for anyone who appreciates a good home.

Positive: The apartment was absolutely beautiful, it was set out perfect, to the point it gave us ideas how we would want our house built haha, it was so clean and tidy, Beds were so comfy, host made contact by email welcoming us and making sure everything was ok, which we appreciated, were able to watch movies at night the internet was great as well, Parking was easy. Felt very safe and secure there, other people staying in other apartments were very Friendly too! Definitely book again.

Positive: It is a great location to get everywhere, with great amenities and a very modern and clean. I would stay again.
Negative: The only thing I suggest would be a topper pad on the beds as I don't like hard beds.
